I think, if it's easy to extend the game, that this would be
quite useful in a number of ways.  First, it would allow us
to build games like Civilization, where you have a limited
number of resources (population) which determines the extent
that you can do things.

Second, this would be a good way to limit the amount of growth
that a side can achieve, which was something you, Stan, commented
on before!
