   Is it a place to discuss hardcode issues, or also on the GDL
   designing? Or, perhaps, some even lower-level questions of the
   actual use of the game interface can be asked here? Are the
   installations problems to be discussed here?

I would say that all of these types of questions are appropriate, and
all have appeared in the past without any audible grumblings.  Even
the most stupid-sounding installation problem is often a clue that the
procedure should be improved or described better.

It's also appropriate to use this list to talk about future plans and
directions.
