FYI: New tests gnu.testlet.javax.print.attribute.TextSyntax

Hi,

I am checking in new tests for gnu.testlet.javax.print.attribute.TextSyntax.

One constructor test is currently failing. A Patch for GNU classpath is in 
preparation.
