Remove warning


Compiling glibc I get:

_itowa.h:45:1: warning: "SPECIAL" redefined
_itoa.h:41:1: warning: this is the location of the previous definition

Ok to commit the appended patch?

	* stdio-common/_itoa.h: Undefine SPECIAL to avoid duplicate
	definition.
	* stdio-common/_itowa.h: Likewise.
