[PATCH] Fix alpha gethostname and sunrpc

Hi!

2 little fixes.

	* sunrpc/rpc_cout.c (upcase): Account for trailing '\0'.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/gethostname.c: Include <errno.h>.
	(__syscall_gethostname): Add prototype.
