64 bit S/390 patches. Part 4 of 6.

Hi,
this is the 4th part of the 64 bit S/390 patch. Parts 4-6 contain
the 64 bit support. The patches in this mail contain:

1) common-add64.diff: adds s390x as configuration name in configure.in,
   adds additional 64 bit relocation types and adds rules for the new
   platform in shlib-versions. I added rules for everything because
   otherwise I got GLIBC_2.0 symbols in some of the libraries.
2) config-64.diff: adds configuration name s390x to scripts/config.guess
   and scripts/config.sub. I added this patch for completeness. I know
   this patch has to go to the config.* file maintainer and I will send
   it there.
3) linuxthreads-64.diff: contains the 64 bit version of pt-machine.h,
   pt-initfini.c and a rule for shlib-versions.
