include/bits/locale.h committted


I got lots of these warnings from make depend:

In file included from ../include/locale.h:2,
                 from iconv_prog.c:27:
../locale/locale.h:30:25: bits/locale.h: No such file or directory
In file included from ../include/langinfo.h:1,
                 from ../locale/localeinfo.h:24,
                 from gconv_trans.c:30:
../locale/langinfo.h:26:73: bits/locale.h: No such file or directory

I've added include/bits/locale.h,
