Go ahead with the prerelease. MIPS compiles without problems and
fails some of the tests, especially the handling of the FPU
environment (that's a problem of the FPU emulation), some dynamic
linker tests (might be tools bugs, Maciej looks into them) and the
linuxthreads tests (I'll check those soon after updating my binutils)
- nothing to stop the release IMO.
