Subject: [PATCH] Fixing dl-machine.h for hppa

libc-alpha,

The following fixes dl-machine.h for hppa.

These fixes have been in debian-glibc for a long time
and have received heavy testing.

I hope this is a much easier patch to digest; my
apologies about the size of the previous patch.

For those who follow the debian patchset, this was
previously incorported into the pthreads patch.
