They are `keywords', just as on the Scheme side. Look into
<libguile/kw.h> to see what you can do with them. For example:
char *str = SCM_CHARS(SCM_KEYWORDSYM(kw));
The symbol of a keyword always has a "-" prepended to it. I think
this was done to support TCL better.
