Documentation bugs...

I don't know if they are already fixed, but:
- on statistics section, header file shown is gsl_stats_int instead of
the correct gsl_statistics_int (and float, ... with the same problem)
- still on statistics section, weight ones:
gsl_stats_wvariance_with_fixed_mean and gsl-stats_wsd_with_fixed_mean
prototypes are shown without the WMEAN argument.
