Subject: [commit] Fix missing include "dis-asm.h" in hppa-tdep.c

After removing the dis-asm.h #include in gdbarch.h, GDB stopped building
on hppa-hpux. The following patch fixes it.

        * hppa-tdep.c: Include "dis-asm.h". Fixes a build failure.
        * Makefile.in (hppa-tdep.o): Update dependencies.

Checked in on head.
