Hope nobody minds about the lack of details on the ChangeLog entry.
This defenitely could use some more testing, but if I comment out the
.dwarf_frame support and use gcc -fexceptions, this produces identical
results for the testsuite as before on my system.

Perhaps ``maint set/show dwarf2cfi|eh-frame on|off''?
