Subject: [commit] Fix link failure on HP/UX (unresolved symbol gdb_assert)

I checked in the following change as obvious, they where causing the
link to fail on HP/UX. Let me know if I have missed anything.

        * hppa-tdep.c (gdb_assert.h): Add missing #include.
        * somsolib.c (gdb_assert.h): Likewise.
        * Makefile.in (hppa-tdep.o): Add dependency on gdb_assert.h.
        (somsolib.o): Likewise.
