[PATCH/RFA] Add OS ABI support to SPARC target

Subject: [PATCH/RFA] Add OS ABI support to SPARC target
Organization: Wasabi Systems, Inc.

This patch makes the SPARC target use the generic OS ABI framework.  Once
this is in, I will be checking in a major overhaul of NetBSD/sparc support.

OK to commit?

	* Makefile.in (sparc-tdep.o): Add osabi.h to dependency list.
	* sparc-tdep.c: Include osabi.h.
	(gdbarch_tdep): Add osabi member.
	(_initialize_sparc_tdep): Use gdbarch_register.
	(sparc_gdbarch_init): Use generic OS ABI framework.
	(sparc_dump_tdep): New function.
