   	* gdbarch.sh (STARTUP_WITH_SHELL): New variable.  Defaults to 1.
   	(START_INFERIOR_TRAPS_EXPECTED): New variable.  Defaults to 2.

It would be great if gdbint.texinfo documentation for this
macro was added.
