[PATCH/RFA] Resubmit alpha-*-netbsd* configuration

Now that the Alpha target is partially multi-arch'd, I've met Andrew's
pre-condition for getting the NetBSD/alpha configuration in :-)

OK to commit?

	* alphanbsd-nat.c: New file.
	* alphanbsd-tdep.c: New file.
	* configure.host (alpha*-*-netbsd*): New host.
	* configure.tgt (alpha*-*-netbsd*): New target.
	* config/alpha/nbsd.mh: New file.
	* config/alpha/nbsd.mt: New file.
	* config/alpha/nm-nbsd.h: New file.
	* config/alpha/tm-nbsd.h: New file.
