AT49 flash driver workaround enabling

Subject: AT49 flash driver workaround enabling

The AT49XXXX flash driver contains code to work around a bug in the
erase for the parts AT49BV1604A & AT49BV1614A. This workaround is not
being enabled when these parts are being used. The following cdl
changes should solve this. Plus i added am #warning when the driver is
being compiled for these parts but the workaround is not enabled.
