[ECOS] redboot compile problem - no memory region specified

Hi,

Thanks for the help, that fixed my problem.  I used the instructions on
the Redhat site to build the arm-elf cross compiler tools instead of trying
to use the same cross compiler tools that I used to build the Linux Kernel
for arm.
