I am using the mbox commands and have not overrun the 
mailbox.  When tcpip is connected, mailbox data gets 
clobbered with noticeable no pattern.  

I saw a thread from July (cyg_mbox_tryput in DSR?) that 
says the interrupt disable done by splimp, 
splsoftnet, ... is the culprit versus using scheduler 
lock/unlock.  

Ultimately, one posting said to build the anonymous 
cvs, but since the anonymous CVS now is a so different 

I was hoping for a simple way to modify 
src/ecos/support.c in the v1.3.1 build.
