Years ago. Uhm, 1995 maybe (goodness gracious, that's a decade ago
now!) O'Reilly produced a dictionary of computer terms. I seem to
recall that when it fell out of print the author's were going to make
it available in some open form. If it can be found, it might be a
start. I'm pretty sure it all got converted to DocBook at some point.
