Missing X(7) man page & XDefaults file

Under cygwin, I installed *ALL* of the xorg-x11-* packages but I am
still missing the X(7) man page. Where can I find one?
2nd question, what is the name of the X-defaults resources file that
goes into your $HOME directory?
