Part of the main XWin executable now. Make sure XWin is invoked
(usually from startxwin.bat or
startxwin.sh) with -clipboard. I still show an xwinclip package from
the cygwin package search
tool, though: http://cygwin.com/packages/ (enter xwinclip) but it's not
necessary.
