ARM Interrupt code

Hi 
I am trying to get information on the code generated by GCC when using the 
"__attribute__ ((interrupt("IRQ")));" keyword. 
The last thread dates back to April 2002, and concludes there is a bug with GCC (3.0.4), I can't find any other information since then indicating if the bug was fixed or if there are any workarounds.

Has anyone got any information about this ?
