[PATCH] Undo part of previous elf32-vax.c change

Subject: [PATCH] Undo part of previous elf32-vax.c change

This part (allowing .got sections to be garbage-collected) of the previous
change to elf32-vax.c caused failures in the libstdc++-v3 testsuite, and so
I am backing out just that part ... a cursory inspection shows that other
back-ends have this same behavior.

Committed to trunk.

        * elf32-vax.c (elf_vax_size_dynamic_section): Don't strip
        .got sections.
