Automake .NET integration?

Subject: Automake .NET integration?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has tried to give Autotools .NET capabilities? E.g., something like a _NET and _NETLIB primary for Automake, some m4 for detecting DotGNU Portable.NET/Mono/Microsoft tools, translate options, add flags, etc. and such as needed?
