Add -module to the LDFLAGS for that module, as in:
pkgmod_LTLIBRARIES = _pyper.la
_pyper_la_SOURCES = pyper.c
_pyper_la_LDFLAGS = -module -avoid-version @CYGWIN_LDFLAGS@
