[automake] windows installer support

Hi,

I bet I'm not the first asking this question, but I couldn't find much about it
in the archives. I've succeeded in building my project using automake, MS
Visual C++, Qt, cccl [1] and autoqt[2] on Windows via Cygwin, so the next step
would be creating the installer executable using a tool like Inno Setup or
NSIS.

I'm wondering if someone here has done it before, and could point me to some
code.

cheers,
