OpenBSD 3.6/i386, autoconf 2.59
>Description:
Checking out the latest ClanLib (http://www.clanlib.org) from SVN and attempting to run autogen.sh results in the following automake error:

automake: ####################
automake: ## Internal Error ##
automake: ####################
automake: unrequested trace `include'
automake: Please contact <bug-automake@gnu.org>
 at /opt/local/share/automake-1.9/Automake/Channels.pm line 562
        Automake:Channels::msg('automake', '', 'unrequested trace `include\'') called at /opt/local/share/automake-1.9/Automake/ChannelDefs.pm line 191
        Automake::ChannelDefs::prog_error('unrequested trace `include\'') called at /opt/local/bin//automake line 4675
        Automake::scan_autoconf_traces('configure.ac') called at /opt/local/bin//automake line 4874
        Automake::scan_autoconf_files() called at /opt/local/bin//automake line 7460

This may well be a problem in ClanLib, actually, but I'm neither a ClanLib developer nor do I know anything about it, and FWIW, I think even a problem in ClanLib shouldn't be able to trigger an internal error in autoconf.

Please let me know if there is something else you need to know or something I can do to help you!
>How-To-Repeat:
