Log message:
	* Makefile.am (fetch): Get all files from savannah.  Do not
	postprocess Struct.pm and XFiles.pm, since we now are the master
	of these.
	* lib/config.sub, lib/config.guess, lib/config-ml.in,
	lib/texinfo.tex: New upstream versions.
